Lucian Visinescu is an associate professor at Texas State University in the McCoy College of Business Administration, Department of Computer Information Systems/Quantitative Methods. He has a Ph.D. degree from the University of North Texas with a major in Business Computer Information Systems, and a minor in Decision Sciences. He has a bachelor degree in Statistics and a Master degree in "Databases for Businesses" from the Academy of Economic Studies and a Master degree in social communication from the National School of Political and Academic Studies in Romania.
